Counseling Association requires all members complete a minimum number of courses in
Theological, Biblical and Counseling studies. We also believe that counseling is an integral part of

Counselors. With the rise of humanism in our society, the
effects of sin have been far reaching within the church. Many
churches have sought to counter this condition by turning to
secular theories of psychology and counseling methods. This
integration of the secular with the Gospel has placed
humanistic views of man on a par with Holy Scripture. It is our
goal to prepare men and women in the area of Christian
Counseling to confront the sins of the people with the Word of
God, by the power of the Holy Spirit and to train and equip
individuals to assume positions of ministry as Professional
Christian Counselors.
